Samsung Galaxy S4 Master Resest Using External Buttons

1. Turn the power off. If your Samsung Galaxy S 4 is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it.
2. Hold the Volume Up, Home and the Power button at the same time.
3. When you see the Samsung logo, release the power button.
4. Use the up and down volume keys to choose from the menu.
5. Select the "wipe data/factory reset" option and press the Power button.
6. Select the " Delete all user data " option and press the Power button.
7. Phone will then come back to have user select "Reboot System Now." Select the Power Button to continue.

Have user setup Gmail account first and then setup rest of settings as customer likes.
