Motorola Defy XT Cellebrite Instructions

When transferring contacts from a source device into the Motorola DEFY XT (XT556)
as the destination device using the Cellebrite unit, you should use the following steps:
1. Select Source vendor based on device with the information to transfer
2. Select the following for the Target device: Motorola CDMA > XT556 Android
3. Attach Motorola DEFY XT device as the destination device using Cable 100
4. Follow prompts on Cellebrite screen to select content
5. Make sure USB Connection is activated on the Motorola DEFY XT device
6. On Motorola DEFY XT device, go to Menu > Settings > Development > select
check boxes USB debugging and Stay awake (when present)
7. Make sure Target (Motorola DEFY XT) is connected and ready for transfer
8. Please return the connection on the Motorola DEFY XT device, go to Menu >
Settings > Development > unmark check boxes USB debugging and Stay awake
(when present)
9. Transfer process will complete.
