Galaxy SIII Issues After Recent Update
It has come to my attention today that there is an issue with the Galaxy SIII and its' most recent update. I have heard of 5 different customers today alone having the same issue. The known issues thus far consist of "old" attachments continuously downloading and as a result showing in the notification bar even after the notifications have been cleared. The other issue deals with the camera flash. Whenever customers receive an email or incoming call, their camera light flashes. As of right now, I don't know of any sure fire fixes. We do have some people trying to wipe their device and see if it fixes it. If you come across a fix for this issue, please let me know and I will update this post with any new information as I hear it.

Update received from Jaime Bills : I read yesterday that the fix for the flash is found under settings/my device/accessibility/flash notification. Aparently it is turned on by the update and will need to be unchecked and then the device restarted. I've not verified that it works, but seemed to be reliable information.
