Enabling USB debugging on S4

I have added the cellebrite instructions for the Galaxy S4 under the cellebrite instructions forum.  This is just a head's up that it is there and there is a unique way to unlock the USB debugging on this device.  It involves tapping the build number seven times.  Make sure to check out the full instructions.
