Bluetooth Issue w/ the Galaxy SIII
Thanks to some great field research and much pain through trial, our beloved owner has pointed out a problem with the Galaxy SIII. When his phone is paired to his car through bluetooth, the sound is so garbled, he can not understand anything in the call. This issue only popped up after the recent Jelly Bean update. His phone works just fine with the bluettoth in his Ford Flex but is unusable in his Infiniti. He assumed it might be his car but after a trip to the dealership, they suggested it may have something to do with the update. Upon searching this issue, I immediately found a forum of 35 people with this same exact issue. The cars in question all seem to be higher end foreign cars and every situation involved an SIII after the Jelly Bean update. This is not carrier specific and I have not seen a resolution as yet. I have a few emails out and a call on Thursday with our Samsung rep so I will keep you updated as I hear more.

I did not see this addressed in the change log for the new 4.1.2 update but in Verizon's change log, they did mention Bluetooth enhancements so we will have to wait and see.
