3 Way Calling on the Galaxy SIII/ Note II

It was recently discovered that there is an issue with the Galaxy SIII/ Note II and it's functionality with 3 way calling.  There is no problem creating a 3 way call, but if any of the participants disconnects for any reason, you cannot add another call from the Galaxy SIII/ Note II.  You have to hang up and start all over again.  I don't have an active Axiom to test this on, but I would assume this would have the same issue.
